I’m founder and CEO of minicabit, Britain’s largest cab aggregator. Before starting minicabit 10 years ago, I was global head of Internet Partnerships at Vodafone (doing the first mobile deals with Facebook, ebay etc) and previously worked at O2, so am familiar with technology and disruption. Have scaled minicabit, paying well over £30 million out to local cab firms around the UK – also won the first ever investment offers for an app on BBC’s Dragons Den. As a student, worked as a part time cab driver so know what’s a great customer experience and how technology can enhance it.
