Andrew is Director of Sustainability and Regulation at Addison Lee, where he manages their Environment, Social and Governance strategy as well as relationships with National and Local Governments, regulators and industry partners. Prior to joining Addison Lee, Andrew was an Associate Director at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, where he specialised in infrastructure policy.

David Brown – Chairman – National Courier & Despatch Association (NCDA)

I have been the chairman of the NCDA for over 3 years and represent the association and its members. We represent the UK’s sameday industry. I am also MD of the Prestige Group and have interests in the Courier and Private hire/chauffeur industry.

Steve McNamara – General Secretary – Licensed Taxi Drivers’ Association (LTDA)

The LTDA is the biggest taxi driver representative group in the UK. I have been the GS since 2012. We represent the interests of black cab drivers at all levels and offer welfare, legal and leisure schemes and incentives. Politically we represent our members interests at all levels of local, TfL and national government.
