minicabit, Britain’s largest cab comparison service, is joining NHS Charities Together in celebrating 75 years of the NHS and its incredible workforce with the ‘Fares that Care’ campaign.

During the campaign, the birthday week of the National Health Service, minicabit will donate £1 to NHS Charities Together from every cab ride booked on its website, app and partner channels that is completed during the week.

The campaign builds on minicabit’s support for the NHS in recent times, including the COVID pandemic when it raised over £250,000 to fund free cab trips for NHS staff to reach the frontline when public transport was restricted. Last winter, minicabit launched its first ‘Fares that Care’ campaign to donate to NHS Charities Together for NHS staff and communities facing hardship.

For the NHS’s 75th birthday, NHS Charities Together is paying tribute to the NHS and its incredible workforce and the vital role charitable giving has played throughout the health service history, from ground-breaking innovations and research to life-changing patient support and helping staff and services through the Covid-19 pandemic.
