Telesales Specialist

Due to expansion, RAM Automotive are looking for a Telesales Executive to join their small, expanding team.

Driving Sales and Sales opportunities, making outbound calls from leads, and making cold calls to gain new business, and maintain and develop existing Business. Working closely with the Director ( Business Owner ). The successful candidate is very likely to have experience of working with a leasing brokerage or a leasing company and understand the vehicle sales process.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business
• Maximise sales opportunities from company generated leads.
• Update all customer interactions on our CRM system
• Raise quotations using our online quoting platform
• Liaise with the administration team on sold orders
• Account manage existing as well as new clients

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of MS products
• IT proficient - full training will be provided
• Excellent communication skills
• Self motivation
