Job Description

THE ROLE:

  • Answering all phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Processing customer orders accurately
  • Responding to all customer enquiries and building strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Coordinate with agents and drivers.
  • Processing bookings via phone and emails, adding relevant notes on jobs.
  • Lifting and moving overnight boxes around the warehouse
  • Responding to emails and generating quotes for national/international travel.
  • Booking Email jobs in our system and replying to all customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inputting data with overnight/international agents.
  • Completing POD's
  • Completing International parcel Proforma invoices
  • Sourcing new agents

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Proficient on email, word and excel.
  • 1+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced office admin/customer service environment and can make quick decisions that are right for the company and the customer.
  • Ideally from a courier/overnight background.
  • Physically capable of moving boxes weighing up to 20kg
  • Uses their own initiative and thrives in being able to work independently but can identify when support is required.
  • Someone who is looking to grow and progress their career with the company.
  • An enthusiastic and driven person who is willing to learn.
  • Must be reliable and on time.
  • Must live within a commutable distance of SW11.

We are looking for someone to start immediately.

This is a long-term role with lots of opportunities to grow within the company.
