Job Description

Complete Vehicle Support is a specialist accident and repair management business. When vehicles are out of action, we step in to provide replacements, ensuring our customers maintain their independence and mobility.

We are now on the lookout for customer service advisors, preferably experienced working with claims or within logistics, to join us during an exciting period of expansion. You’ll be a vital point of contact with our customers, working with motor manufacturers and third-party claim administrators to deliver high-quality, timely repairs to our customers.

What will you be doing?

Each day you'll be working across the repair management lifecycle, dealing with car body repairers, insurers, and broker clients, as well as updating customers on the phone and via email on the status of their repair. This is a fast-paced role, and we’re looking for applicants who are up for a challenge!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end motor claims repair cases from initial report to completion.
Work closely with fleet work providers, clients, and repairers to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
Research and select suitable repairers from CVS’ vast repair network based on specific customer needs.
Update and maintain a bespoke case management system with detailed progress reports.
Liaise with insurers and engineers to address liability queries and recover costs.
Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
Adhere to strict service level agreements and timelines.
